The traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena follows the traditional process where large quantities of grape must are cooked, without any added molasses of colouring creating the correct light acidity with a pleasantly sweet finish.
Magnificent olive oil with a smooth green colour, delicate aroma, fruity flavour and tomato finish. Produced in S.E. Sicily at over 1000 ft. above sea level. Harvested by hand, the olives are pressed by a traditional stone press and bottled without filtration.
