Machiavelli's own Arrabiata sauce is an organic, spicy sauce made with chopped organic tomatoes grown on the farm in Alba, Northern Italy, with added chilli peppers for a delicious kick! Warm through very gently without boiling and add to pasta with some extra olive oil.
Good enough to drink on its own or to add to vodka to make a delicious Bloody Mary. This organic passata is prepared with fresh tomatoes and fresh basil. Excellent for preparing classic sauces, savoury meat dishes add capers and oregano or fish dishes add garlic and parsley.
Machiavelli's own Ortolana sauce is made with chopped organic tomatoes with crisp vegetables added. Just warm through and add to cooked drained pasta with some extra virgin olive oil.
